1. Problem
It's a common UX guideline to place the Subtotal line right above the Checkout button. It's the place where users expect to see it, they used to it for years on other good e-commerce stores.
Recommendation:
Place the Subtotal section right above the Checkout button
2. Problem:
There are 3 prominent elements in the right bottom corner that distract users from the Checkout button. At first, why do you place 3 elements at once in one corner? That's not good from UX point of view. Second, do you really need to show all of them on the cart page? They are so distracting.
Recommendation:
Consider getting rid of the prominent widgets in the bottom right corner or at least make it less prominent, put it in different corners.
3. Problem:
When users reach the Cart page, they still don't have any information about the shipping conditions. Is it free? If it fast? Do you deliver to my location? Nothing.
Recommendation:
Consider adding information about the shipping on the product and cart pages. Use top notification for that or place such a section below the Checkout button to give your potential customers some clarity about such an important thing.
